Custom bikes · Bulgaria
Built by feeling. Ridden flat out.

The credo
From Thought arises the Idea. The Idea gives birth to the Project. The Project, shaped by Reason, becomes Design. Through Design, Reality is built.
Why by feeling
Catalogue geometry is the average of a thousand bodies. Yours is not average. I build the bike around the way you ride: where you stand on the pedals, how early you pull up, how you land.
The numbers come after the feeling. First we ride and talk, then we measure, then I cut tubes.
01 Selected builds
Each one made for one person.
Sender
A steel dirt hardtail for a rider who lands heavy and wants the bike to forgive him. Short rear, low centre, nothing spare.
Vitosha Line
A 170 mm enduro for long Vitosha days and weekend racing. A steep seat angle for the climb, a long reach for everything else.
Nightshift
A street hardtail for night sessions downtown: low, a short rear for manuals and a frame that survives concrete.
Gravity Block
A 200 mm downhill machine for bike parks and the national cup season. Geometry for speed, setup for the rocks of Pamporovo.
02 How it works
From the body to the frame.
Man is the measure of all things. Leonardo knew it in 1490; on a bike you feel it on the first jump.

01
The talk
Where you ride, what you want to do and what annoys you about your current bike. No questionnaires; we talk like riders.
-
02
Measures and geometry
Height, arm span, inseam, where you stand on the pedals. Reach, stack and the angles come out of those, not the other way round.
-
03
The build
Frame, components and suspension setup chosen for your weight and how hard you ride. Every step comes to you in photos.

04
Handover and setup
We ride together and dial in the last details. The bike is finished when you stop thinking about it.

03 What I do
A new bike, or yours, done properly.
Full custom build
From the first talk to the first ride: geometry fitted to your body, frame, components and setup chosen for the way you ride.
Custom frame and geometry
Just the frame: steel or aluminium, with geometry derived from your measures and discipline. You bring the components.
Custom CNC components
Derailleur cages, stems, hubs, pulleys and small parts, designed in CAD and machined in the workshop. For your bike or for your project.
Rebuild and upgrade
Your bike, done properly: new components, a different geometry via fork, bars and angle-set, or a full strip and rebuild.
Suspension and cockpit setup
Pressure, springs, damping, bar width and lever position for your weight and aggression. Two hours that change the bike.
Rider fit session
Body measures and an analysis of your position in attack, in the air and on landing. You learn which numbers you need before buying anything.
The person behind the bikes
Bike. Body. Rhythm.
I build bikes, I train and I play music loud. To me the three are the same thing: a sense of rhythm, balance and the moment everything clicks into place. "By feeling" is not a slogan, it is how every decision in the workshop gets made.
Read the storyWhat riders say
Three broken frames and nobody told me the problem was the geometry. Here they watched me ride first, then we talked about the bike. Now I land on both wheels and I don't think.
At 1.91 m every shop bike has been too small for me, I just didn't know it. Vitosha Line is the first one where I stand in the middle instead of over the front wheel. I won on it three weeks later.
He didn't want to build me a "women's bike", he wanted to build my bike. You feel the difference on the first manual.
04 Journal
From the workshop and the trail.
CNC cage: original versus −5 mm
Why a dirt bike keeps hitting its derailleur on the ground and what changes when the cage is five millimetres shorter. From CAD to the mill.

Sender: from tubes to the first jump
Six weeks in photos: why the head tube is double-butted, how we picked the rear-end length and what Ivo said after the first session.
